Little Survivor

Description
I'm a volunteer firefighter for the fire department here in Gold River. After a recent interface fire we fought down at an old landfill, we returned to the scene to have a look at all the damage. I came across this little daisy and thought it was so inspiring. Despite the destruction of the fire, and through the ugliness of the landfill, this little survivor stood tall and beautiful, even though it suffered from the heat and exposure!
