Description
Two groundhog cubs chasing one another on a grassy field along an Ottawa road one morning.
The two cubs were part of a family of 6, two of which were the parents. One groundhog cub looks like it's getting an earful from the other and isn't happy about it, but who know what was actually communicated.
Did you know groundhogs are part of the squirrel family?
And like beavers, their front incisors grow continuously. They have to chew on hard surfaces to prevent their teeth from growing dangerously long.
