Description
A male bluebird and his mate stand atop a dried up sunflower together, taking a quick break from their next situated in a cedar bush. Eastern bluebirds typically have two broods a year. At this time the photo was taken, this was the couple's first brood of the season. There is news that they have since welcomed a new, second brood to the same nest in South Glengarry, Ont.
