Description
I was just getting back from walking my dogs and went to fill the horses water, when a butterfly caught my eye. I didn’t even notice it as I walked past my garden, until it flew off in front of me, I must have startled it. I wasn’t sure what kind of butterfly it was, but I knew I wanted to try and get some photos of it. It landed on a nearby tree, but I had a feeling I wasn’t going to get close with my macro lens, so I ran inside and grabbed my telephoto lens. To my surprise, it was still hanging around and I was able to snap a few photos of this beauty.
