Description
It's the time of year when crap apple trees are full of apples and ready for wildlife to eat! This abundance of apples was seen while on a walk through Gatineau Park. Some apples remained on the few trees that were in this particular spot, while others had already fallen. Many were green, still waiting to ripen, with while some had started the process of turning red. Bears in the area are often seen grabbing and munching on a few of the fruit at this time year, especially as they work towards preparing their bodies for the winter season.
