Description
I came across a group of Mountain Goats cooling off on a sheet of snow near the base of Mount Clements. The colorful rocks exposed on Mount Clements and in the surrounding area were created, formed and exposed by complex processes as ancient sea levels rose and fell over millions of years. Glacier National Park in Montana and Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta were joined together in 1932 to form the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park the world's very first International Peace Park.
