Seal bans have hurt my people for many years now. Seals are a vital part of our way of life. They provide food which have enabled us to survive in one of the harshest places on earth. They provide clothing as you can see and shelter in the form of tents. They provide transportation in kayaks and boats. There are various types of seals that are used for their own purposes. We have adapted to changes in our land to changes that we have no control over.
