Erected in the 1870, it was originally known as The Queen’s Hotel. Although The Walton has fallen into disrepair in the recent decades, the interior still bears the traces of the hotel’s former glory, which saw its heyday at the turn of the last century. The exposed interior is full of ornate wallpaper, tin ceiling tiles and a century-worth of peeling paint.
