    Looking west from a 35th floor downtown condo. A glimpse of the city, late-winter. It hasn't always looked this way, and it certainly won't look this way for long. Toronto is growing up, and it's doing so fast. My hope is that the decision makers have long-term hats on and that money and greed don't overshadow the best course of change for the years to come.
