During my travels in Antarctica, I have seen 5-6 leucistic penguins, where they all have been Gentoo Penguins. Leucism in animals are partial loss of pigmentation, where skin/hair/feathers etc will turn pale colored or white. Eyes will not change like they do in albinism.
