Generations

It's funny what you can learn from nature. I became so fascinated with the Aurora last year, and ever since I've been getting less sleep trying to shoot them at night! Here in Northern Canada, we get them a lot. I took this photo, and only after getting home realised how deep it actually is. To me this photo shows the old and young together in one shot. The old generation juxtaposed with the young generation springing up around, yet under the same brilliant aurora and stars. Differing views.
