This photo was taken on highway 219 between Outlook, and Saskatoon Sk. It was a cool October night when I went to shoot this. I had planned to try capture the church with the milky way above. However, the skies opened up quickly as I approached the site. I could see something special in my rear view mirror. I set up my lights, and then proceeded to just enjoy the show. Life is about the simple pleasures, and we are all connected to the universe. Both the living and the dead. When you go about your day today, remember those who dedicated their lives so you could enjoy the simple pleasures.
