My miniature long haired dashund has a blue spot on one eye. Some breeds (like austrailian shepherds) are known to have blue eyes and some breeds (like huskies have one blue and one brown) His sister had one blue and one brown. He has a spot of blue on his brown eye. Apparantly it is known as marbling. He is very unique.
