* Au Moulin Bleu * -Built in 1860, the Moulin Bleu (Blue Mill) is a traditional mill located along the St-Esprit river, in St-Roch-de-L'Achigan in Quebec. Even today, there are produced several types of flour, cereal flakes, grains and legumes. Saint-Roch-de-L'Achigan is located forty kilometers northeast of Montreal.
