    When I saw this at the marina, I had to take a picture of it. I was intensely curious (and still am)! at what that blue fragment is in the webbing. It fits so elegantly in the web; it almost makes it look like a hoop earring of some sort! The blue object has a heart like appearance to it. What do you think?
