    I took this picture back in May 2019 after the Ottawa River flooding. A number of trees in a nearby park had been cut down and the stumps were in the flood zone. The top of this stump was still above water, but by late May a new growth had shot up out of the water.

    I really like the way you see things. Simplicity but meaningfull image. Color of the sky and clouds design are just perfect to enhense the subject.
