Telegraph Creek, in the Stikine Canyon of B.C. experienced a massive fire in 2018, resulting in the entire community being evacuated for several months. This is a section of the community that survived the fire, with blackened mountainsides all around. This is the heart of the Tahltan nation who have lived on these plateaus for thousands of years.

Unfortunately the map does not show the actual location of Telegraph Creek. It is in the northwest of B.C., in the Stikine Canyon, NOT in Tweedsmuir Park.
