Longtailed weasel

We had just slaughtered a bison and I was collecting up the offal. I left the suet (fat from around the kidneys) in the snow to cool, and when I returned for it, our resident long tailed weasel was trying to drag it to where he caches captured mice for storage. I stood a few feet away as he fearlessly dragged and broke off smaller pieces, returning after caching them. I felt sorry for him, so I cut the piece into smaller pieces that he could drag, and kept the other suet to hang in the tree for birds. He also climbed the tree and stole pieces from my wire mesh bag!
