The carnivorous Sundew plant. This tiny plant uses its sticky tentacles to trap insects after they land on it. The tentacles will wrap around the bug, break it down and absorb it. They live in bogs and supplement their needs by catching the insect. Nature is a very interesting place. This shot was taken with a macro lens with a shallow depth of field to produce a more interesting background.
