Talk about dramatic! These sea lions were found on a rock in the Pacific Ocean between Nanaimo and Vancouver B.C. The honks, growls and yells of countless California sea lions and Stellar sea lions could be heard above the sounds of the speed boat from some clicks away. It was like watching a Shakespearean tragedy unfold. Very entertaining. Fact: Sea lions are cousins to the bear! As are otters and seals -- they're part of a group known as pinnipeds.
