A female barred owl wraps up her night hunting for food. She sits on a branch, soaking up the morning December sun, and allows herself to fall asleep under the morning glow. She is in plain sight of whomever, or whatever, walks by, but that didn't seem to bother her. Photo taken December 2024. @danidmedia
