An Eastbound CPKC freight train winds its way through the iconic Morant’s Curve in Banff National Park. This scene was made famous by CPR Photographer Nicholas Morant. It was used to promote and market the splendour and awe of the Canadian Rockies to those in Europe in the early 1900’s and to encourage tourism.
