    A juvenile white-tailed doe came out from the forest's edge to chew on some berries and check out the photographer. Curiosity got the better of her. This juvenile female was the first of eight who would join her and me in a clearing in the forest, where we stayed for an afternoon to enjoy the peace and sunshine. Baiting was not involved.
