I’ve driven past this spot in southern Ontario so many times, but the water was never this still before. This time, everything just lined up perfectly. The sunset was glowing with deep oranges and reds, and the calm water reflected it so clearly, it almost didn’t feel real. The trees without leaves stood out against the bright sky, and their reflections made the scene feel even more peaceful. The patches of snow and dry grass added a nice contrast, reminding me that winter is still hanging on a bit. It’s one of those rare moments when nature feels like it’s completely calm, letting you enjoy the quiet beauty.
