After the Ice Storm

report

The aftermath of a vicious ice storm at the end of March, 2025, which left hundreds of thousands of people without power in Ontario and Quebec. For days afterward, the sound of crashing ice against hardened snow and rooftops was heard as the branches of ice-laden trees slowly let go of their burden in the early spring sun. I caught some remaining ice catching the sunlight a couple of days after the worst of the storm.
